News Report-Script

One important scene in our horror trailer consists of a news report of 'missing' people; who are of course, Balthazar's recent victims. Here is the script, costume description and info about our actor and the scene;

News Reporter: "BREAKING NEWS!
66 people have been reported missing in the last 4 hours.
It’s believed that an epidemic is spreading across London; 65 of these people have been reported tranquilised in by a chemical injected by syringe. Witnesses have reported an attacker capturing innocent victims in stations such as London Victoria, Clapham Junction and Charing Cross Underground station.
It seems that no where in London is safe!"

COSTUME/PROPS:

• Smart clothing e.g. blazer, blouse etc.
• Red Lipstick
• Elegant Hairstyle
• Headpiece (with microphone attached)

LIGHTING:

• Dark setting but with floodlight to highlight the actor's face
• Backdrop of the skyline of London (as we see in the news today)

I feel that this scene will be very effective and can possibly be the backbone in getting out storyline across to the audience without revealing too much of the plot. I think with editing this scene will look really good, the voice over is also very useful and can be used within other scenes.
